🔁 Returns & Exchange: We want you to be fully satisfied with your Broadside gear — but if something doesn’t fit right or just isn’t what you expected, here’s our policy
30-Day Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
Product must be free of pet hair, odors (smoke, cologne, etc.), burrs, or signs of wear

If it looks like it’s been worn in the woods — it’s not coming back.

Exchanges: Need a different size or item? No problem — just reach out. We’ll help you exchange it fast as long as it’s in returnable condition.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover it — simple as that.
