Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Broadside gear — but if something doesn’t fit right or just isn’t what you expected, here’s our policy:

30-Day Window

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
• Product must be free of pet hair, odors (smoke, cologne, etc.), burrs, or signs of wear

If it looks like it’s been worn in the woods — it’s not coming back.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? No problem — just reach out. We’ll help you exchange it fast as long as it’s in returnable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover it — simple as that.
